Terms and Conditions

Dear valued client,

Hype HUB is a Digital Marketing Agency providing account creation, consultation & services for use with our partners. This Terms of Service is set forth as principles of our working process. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and are obligated to comply with them. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Use Agreement

TikTok Ads Services

You agree to comply with all TikTok advertising policies and guidelines. You acknowledge that Hype HUB will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your ad campaigns comply with TikTok Advertising Policies – Ad Creatives & Landing Pages and TikTok Advertising Policies – Industry Entry but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.

Minimum top-up requirements

For first time client, the first payment to topup has to be at least $200.

Eligibility for balance transfers

Google Ads Services

Minimum top-up requirements

  • The mandatory minimum top-up for an eligible new account creation order is $50; therefore, $50 cannot be utilised to establish multiple accounts simultaneously;
  • This policy is additionally implemented for orders to create new accounts using transferred balances from prior accounts;
  • New account creation orders using inefficiently transferred balances are disqualified with no exception;
  • Under no circumstances will we accept orders to create new accounts beginning with $0.

Account Creation Limits

The implementation of a new account creation quota serves the dual purpose of resource optimisation and account condition enhancement for our Google Partner MCC. Different client tiers determine the following quotas:

Account Order Specification

The inability to meet any of these requirements precludes the creation of a new account.

  3. Is not set as the destination URL in any undeleted past campaigns that belonged to other Google Ads accounts regardless of their statuses (*Failure to do so will result in the prohibition of new accounts for circumventing);
  4. URLs with more than 90% similarity are likely to be associated with each other under Google reviews.

  1. Please be mindful that from 2% to 5%, an additional rate might be applied if the client chooses to target one of the following targeting countries with surcharges:

  1. Please be mindful that the AD ACCOUNT TIMEZONE can only be set following the TARGETING REGION. Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a time zone that does not correspond to the targeted location.

  • Your campaign performance metrics will be reported following this time zone;
  • The time zone will be fixed following the targeting location with no other options;
  • Please specify the time zone you wish to configure for targeting countries such as the United States and the Russian Federation with multiple time zones.

Email:

To prevent account associations from becoming linked in the event of suspension, we advise a maximum of one email per three accounts and one advertising account with one destination URL and one email structure.

Sharing more than three account accesses to a single email address is not permitted.

  3. The client intends to use a a new destination URL for advertising purposes.
  1. Campaigns are not switched off for at least 3 hours as informed to the MCC Admin via Gmail and/or ERP;
  2. Undistributed and/or ineffective campaigns prior to any support from AM team;
  3. Insufficient time (at least 48 to 72 hours) to conclude the campaign’s performance following consultation with AM’s team;
  4. Inefficient required minimum budget for new account creation as specified in section 1;
  5. Uncommitted to removing linked campaigns from other accounts while reusing the destination URL

Disputes

If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with Hype HUB first not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with us.

Termination & Refunds

We reserve the right to deny processing or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined or we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Hype HUB deems appropriate in its sole discretion. 

Your rights under this Agreement are subjected to termination if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Hype HUB can revoke your access to the advertising accounts and deny a refund.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Service without notice, please check this page regularly to be informed of such changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
