Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Hype HUB as your business partner!
This refund policy is applied to all customers who signed up and paid for our services. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except unless otherwise stated in this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request to an advertiser if there is any suspicion of payment fraud or unethical behavior.
Eligibility for Refunds & Transfers
- The advertiser provides accurate information about the product and services when submitting their campaigns for approval, including but not limited to: their suspension history on a platform or other agencies
- The advertiser inform and get approval from Hype HUB for any changes they make to the product, service, advertising content & creatives before launching their campaigns
- In case Hype HUB detects that the advertiser use different creatives and/or landing pages and/or we suspect the advertised content is in violation of TikTok Advertising Policies, we will retain a $50 as penalty and refund the remaining balance (if any).
- The advertiser does not violate any terms and policies set by the advertising platform
- The advertiser have deposited their advertising budget and paid any associated fee in full prior to launching their campaigns
- The advertiser complies with our Terms of Service
- The advertiser has no history of payment disputes with Hype HUB.
Refund amount
The refund amount is the remaining, unspent ad budget and does not include ad credits (or vouchers), rental fees (or agency fees), taxes and any other incurred costs.
Payment method
A refund is issued ONLY to the original payment method used by the advertiser. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will instruct the advertiser to provide additional information on a case by case basis. We reserve the rights to reject the refund if the advertiser fail to comply.
Processing time
The refund process may take 5-20 business days, depending on the payment method used by the advertiser
